Join us for our 12th Annual Back to School Festival, presented by Kershaw’s Challenge, on Saturday, August 8 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the For Oak Cliff Community Campus!
Every year, we come together to help families start the school year with confidence by providing FREE bags filled with school supplies for students. Thanks to the incredible support of our sponsors, community partners, volunteers, and donors, we’re creating a celebration filled with resources, connection, and fun for the entire family!
What to expect:
FREE tote bags filled with school supplies powered by Witherite Law
Community resources and Vendor Village powered by Wells Fargo
Live music and entertainment
FREE Food from Williams Chicken and Ruthies Gourmet Grilled Cheese
Kids Zone featuring a tie dye station, bounce house, and a waterslide
Our swimming pool will be open!

Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Tote bags and school supplies are available while supplies last. Registration is required on-site the day of the event at 9:00 AM.

Oak Cliff shows up for Oak Cliff.
This year, For Oak Cliff is raising $30,000 by August 8 to support our Back to School Festival and make sure Oak Cliff students and families start the school year with the resources, confidence, and community care they deserve.
This is more than a school supply drive. It is a community tradition rooted in culture, care, and collective responsibility. Every gift helps create a festival experience where students feel prepared, families feel supported, and our community shows what it means to take care of its own.
Suggested giving levels are $30, $50, $100, and $150, but every gift moves us closer to the goal.

Is there a vendor fee? No, there is no vendor fee.
Are tables and chairs provided? Yes, you will receive a table, two chairs, standard 10x10 tent.
Is there power/electricity on site? No, if you need power please bring your own generator.
Will I be allowed to sell items? No, all items must be free for everyone.
