For Oak Cliff is proud to serve as a venue for your next event! Both our facilities are perfect for the following:
HOW TO BOOK: Kindly submit a Facility Use Inquiry Form below. Once inquiry is approved, our Event Coordinator will email you the Facility Use Application, agreement, and payment instructions (We do not accept cash, Cash App, or Zelle). We ask that Facility Use Inquiries be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date. (Please allow 3-5 busines days for inquiry response.) View our venue pricing here: Rental Pricing Menu
PAYMENT: In order to secure your date and activate the Facility Use Agreement, a 50% deposit is due.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. Is alcohol permitted for Facility Rentals? Events with alcohol are not permitted at this time.
2. Is Event Insurance required to book an event? Event Insurance may be required for certain events. The Event Coordinator will specify if your event required insurance once Facility Use Application is submitted.
3. Are tables and chairs included in the event booking? Depending on the room and location you are interested in, there may already be tables and chairs provided.
4. What all is included in booking? Wi-fi, free parking, TV/projector*, screen, tables & chairs*, coed restrooms*.
5. Is outside catering allowed? Yes! Outside catering is allowed.
6. Are there any discounts for ongoing facility uses? Yes, for events occurring 60 days or longer. Kindly, complete the below form and email destini.watts@foroakcliff.org.
