Volunteer Shifts: Volunteer Concierge: 8:30am - 12pm - Set-up Volunteer Check-in area (clipboards, highlighters, waivers, sizing shirts) - Relieve volunteers for lunch breaks (food area, kids area, registration area, - Help initiate rolling festival clean-up shifts (issuing out trash can liners)
Shift 1: 9:30am - 1:00pm tasks to include: - Set-Up: Assist with assembling and placing signage around campus grounds, filling coolers, support event decor team - Registration: Check in guests and volunteers, line control. concierge - Food Support: Passing out food to guests, assist with line control of food lines - Kids Zone: Ensuring all kids have wristbands, ensuring they are being safe,
Shift 2: 12:00pm - 3:30pm - Relieving Shift 1 volunteers - Registration: Check in guests and volunteers, line control - Food Distribution: Passing out food to guests, assist with line control of food lines - Kids Zone: Ensuring all kids have wristbands, ensuring they are being safe, checking in on zone vendors -Breakdown: Assisting with clean up. i.e. empty trash cans, keeping grounds clean throughout the event, loading trash bags into dumpster
Farmers Market Support 10:00am - 2:00pm - help set-up and breakdown - help pass out produce bags (250 bags, one per family) - assist vendors as needed
